INTITIAL CONSULTATION
In this consultation we will work with you to understand your needs, go through design concepts, discuss ideal budgets and answer any questions you might have about us and our work.
AGREEMENT
If you decide to choose us for your job we will issue a preliminary agreement that will outline the current project status so that we can organise our team and trades to create the building documentation. This includes concept sketching to working drawings and structural plans.
COST
ANALYSIS
When all necessary documentation is handed over and checked, we will then provide a detailed cost estimate for your build.
CONTRACT
An MBA building contract and specification documents will be arranged for signing as well as signing off of all final working drawings, engineering and specification selections.
CONSTRUCTION
When construction starts we will introduce you to all team members and trades to make sure you have a chance to talk them through your vision and make sure they understand your needs.
We will organise regular site meetings and create an agenda to consider all the important details during the build. This is most important to us to make sure that we create and end result we are all happy and proud of.
COMPLETION
A final inspection will be carried out with Luke and/or Anthony on completion to ensure all works have been finalised and are operating at a satisfactory level.
We will follow up with you to check that everything is operating and to confirm that no issues or faults have arisen.
